Bella Vita Site
Bella Vita, a former hospital, consisting of five acres, has been under PCS Development’s ownership for seven years. The site has been used principally as a location site for the filming of the television series “Scrubs”, earning rental income in excess of any other potential use of the asset. Originally slated for a continued care residential retirement community, it has been redefined based on current market conditions as an apartment project and is currently in the City of Los Angeles entitlement process for approximately 300 luxury units.
