Founded by Paul Jennings in 1994, PCS Development was first established for the purpose of reconstructing and re-occupying buildings damaged by the 1994 Northridge, CA earthquake. Early on, the company expanded into a full-service real estate company with operating entities in development/acquisition, construction, property management, and multi-family asset management. With the experience of over 75 projects acquired and completed in its first 15 years in business, PCSD continues to build upon its reputation as a contrarian and visionary with the purchase of its current project, a 4,000+-acre master-planned resort community in Baja California Sur.
