Paul Jennings
Owner, CEOA pioneer in the de-regulated telecommunication services for over two decades, Paul Jennings founded a company known as Public Communications Services, Inc. Prior to the successful sale of the company in 2010 the company grew to annual sales exceeding $100 Million.
In 1994, Mr. Jennings shifted focus to his development company, PCS Development. Under his leadership, PCSD quickly earned the reputation as a visionary in the real estate industry, developing more than 88,000 square feet of office and over 4,000 residential properties. Today, with its parent company, PCSD has assets in excess of $1 Billion.
Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a degree in Mathematics from California State University Northridge. He has been a board member on several school boards including currently Park Century School, and a Board of Advisory for California State University Northridge. Mr. Jennings was a long term member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) serving in five chair positions.
